Evergreen Semiconductor Materials, was established in 1995 to provide a reliable source for packages and lids for IC assembly.  As the company grew, it became aware that our customers also required corresponding sockets for these packages.  So, to help our customers select the correct sockets for their application and the ability to purchase all products from one source, we added sockets and carriers to our product line. 

Our customers include microelectronic IC Assembly Companies, Semiconductor Manufacturers, Research Facilities, Universities, Government and Aerospace Agencies. We have access to the highest quality materials from leading manufacturers including Kyocera, NTK, Materion Advanced Materials, Platronics Seals, Electronic Products Inc. and Loranger who certify their products comply with the requirements of RoHS, REACH and Non-Conflict Minerals. This enables us to provide our customers the highest quality of customer service, products and on-time delivery. Evergreen Semiconductor is the ONLY woman owned worldwide independent distributor of ceramic packaging materials, sockets, carriers, and silicon wafers. Meri Coleman, President and CEO is exceptionally knowledgeable as having worked in the semiconductor industry for over 38 years.  She began her career at National Semiconductor, having held various positions of increasing responsibility, until she resigned to become directly involved with one of the first worldwide microelectronics distributors in the industry. Prior to founding ESM in 1995, Meri played a leading role in the establishment, growth, and success of several worldwide microelectronic packaging and silicon wafer distributors located in Silicon Valley.

Evergreen Semiconductor is proud to support the local community through school and family programs.  We work with Non-Profit Organizations to include Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, RAFT (Resource Area for Teachers), Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, Sky’s the Limit Fund and Wounded Warrior Project.
